三杯雞的由來
三杯雞 是台灣道地的美食，早期沒有冰箱的時代，民眾擔心雞肉不耐久放，於是在烹調時加入「麻油一杯、米酒一杯、醬油一杯」，意外創造美味的「三杯雞」，據說這就是三杯雞的由來。
應該還有其他有關三杯雞由來的傳說，誰知道的歡迎分享一下，呵呵...
